ABOUT US
Shane is a proven leader with the wisdom and vision to solve problems. He is continually focused on learning skills and applying those lessons to improving the construction industry. Over the last few years he has focused on the skilled labor shortage, and he is determined to find a solution.
He has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. He is experienced in pre-construction, project management, and field operations. Shane brings a well rounded perspective to any organization. His diverse project experience includes: Educational, Healthcare, Corrections, Hospitality, Business Retail, High Rise, Custom Residential, and Performing Arts. He has a degree in Civil Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.
One of the achievements that Shane is most proud of is growing a division for a large regional construction company. Under his leadership the division grew from a start-up to over $30 million dollars annual income in just six years.
Shane lives in East Tennessee with his wife Lisa, and their seven children. Their desire is to live purposeful lives and to build people and communities to glorify God. Their family scripture is Psalms 127.
